1. Put the sling over your shoulder and clip the buckle across your chest.
2. Place your toddler inside with their legs in an M position and their bottom slightly lower than their knees.
3. Adjust the straps to balance the weight and ensure a snug fit.
4. Attach the safety band for extra reassurance. Always check all fastenings before use.

For the best comfort, we recommend changing sides every 30 minutes or so during longer carries.

• Washing: Gently hand wash or spot clean using mild soap. Avoid bleach or strong chemicals.
• Drying: Leave to air dry fully before storing. Do not tumble dry.
• Ironing: Not needed and not recommended.

Global Shipping:

We ship around the world using DHL Express. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders outside of Indonesia. If your carrier arrives damaged, please contact us with an unboxing video and we’ll do our best to assist.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • You have five days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Carriers must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
