1. Put on the carrier and fasten the buckle around your chest. Secure it is fastened properly.
2. Place your child in the carrier, ensuring they are seated comfortably with their knees slightly higher than their hips for ergonomic support.
3. Make any necessary adjustments to the straps to achieve the best fit. Ensure the carrier is snug but comfortable for both you and your toddler.
4. Attach the safety string to the buckle for extra security. While using the carrier, periodically check the straps and buckles to ensure they remain secure.

It is recommended to change your child's position every 30 minutes to ensure comfort and prevent any strain on either of you.

• Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
• Drying: Air dry, avoid direct sunlight.
• Ironing: Use low heat, with a cloth between the iron and the carrier.

We offer global shipping with DHL Express for Keep Closer baby carriers. Orders typically arrive within approximately 3-5 days from the date of order.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: Items purchased outside Indonesia cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • Once you receive your item, try it on and let us know immediately if you would like to exchange it for a different color or return it.
  • You have 5 days from receiving your order to inform us if you need to return or exchange your item.
