1. Slip on the carrier and fasten the chest buckle so it feels snug and supportive.
2. Place your toddler inside with their knees higher than their hips for natural alignment.
3. Adjust the straps to suit your body and ensure the weight feels balanced.
4. Secure the safety band, check all fastenings, and you're ready to go.

We suggest switching sides every half hour to keep both of you feeling comfortable and relaxed throughout the day.

• Washing: Please spot clean or gently hand wash only. Avoid bleach and machine washing.
• Drying: Leave to air dry fully before storing. Do not tumble dry.
• Ironing: Not necessary and not recommended.

Global Shipping:

We ship worldwide using DHL Express. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for orders outside Indonesia. If your carrier arrives damaged, please send us an unboxing video and we’ll help make it right.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • You have five days from receiving your order to request a return or colour exchange.
  • All items must be unused and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
