1. Put on the carrier and fasten the buckle around your chest. Secure it is fastened properly.
2. Place your child in the carrier, ensuring they are seated comfortably with their knees slightly higher than their hips for ergonomic support.
3. Make any necessary adjustments to the straps to achieve the best fit. Ensure the carrier is snug but comfortable for both you and your toddler.
4. Attach the safety band to the buckle for extra security. While using the carrier, periodically check the straps and buckles to ensure they remain secure.

It is recommended to change your child's position every 30 minutes to ensure comfort and prevent any strain on either of you.
