1. Put on the carrier and fasten the chest buckle securely around your upper body.
2. Place your toddler in the sling so their knees are slightly higher than their hips for natural alignment.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges outside Indonesia. If your item arrives damaged, please send a video of the unboxing and we will help resolve it.
• Orders within Indonesia:
  • You have 5 days from receiving your order to contact us for a return or colour exchange.
  • The carrier must be unused and in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility.
