Our Denim Blue carrier is handmade in Bali using 100% cotton, inside and out. It's soft and breathable for warm climates, yet strong enough for everyday use with your growing toddler.

1. Put the carrier on and fasten the chest buckle across your upper body. Make sure it feels secure and comfortable.
2. Place your toddler in the sling so their knees are slightly above their hips, forming an M-shape.
3. Adjust the straps so the weight is evenly distributed. You should feel supported and able to move freely.
4. Clip on the safety band for extra peace of mind and double check all buckles are in place.

To stay balanced and comfy, we recommend switching carrying sides every 30 minutes or so.

• Washing: Please spot clean or gently hand wash. Do not bleach or soak.
• Drying: Air dry completely before storing. Do not tumble dry.
• Ironing: Not necessary and not advised.

Global Shipping:

We ship globally using DHL Express. Most parcels arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not available outside Indonesia. If your item is damaged, please send us a video of the unboxing so we can help you.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • You have five days from delivery to request a return or exchange for a different colour.
  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
