Free DHL Express worldwide on all baby carriers. Duties and import taxes included.

Delivery time: 4–8 days total — 1–3 days handmade-to-order in our Bali workshop, plus 3–5 days in transit via DHL Express.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties & taxes: we cover all import duties and taxes for every country we ship to. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise customs charges on delivery.

Currency: prices display in your local currency where supported. Charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Order processing

Each Keep Closer carrier is handmade-to-order in Bali, so we ship within 1–3 working days of order. Orders placed over the weekend ship on the next working day.

Returns & exchanges

30-day returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed carriers. Buyer pays return shipping. Damaged or defective items replaced at our cost. See our Refund policy for full details.
