Returns & Exchanges

30-day returns and exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed carriers within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days with an unboxing video and we'll replace at our cost.

Custom-size or pre-order items are non-returnable.

International orders are accepted for return on the same terms — please be aware return shipping costs and any return-side duties are buyer's responsibility.
