1. Slip the carrier on and fasten the shoulder and chest straps for a snug fit.
2. Place your baby in the carrier so they’re sitting upright, with their knees slightly higher than their hips.
3. Adjust the straps so the weight is evenly distributed and both of you feel secure and supported.
4. Check all fastenings and your baby’s positioning before setting off.

• Washing: Hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and do not soak.
• Drying: Air dry fully before storing. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colour and softness.
• Ironing: Use low heat with a cloth between the iron and fabric if needed.

We ship globally using DHL Express. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside Indonesia. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a video of the unboxing so we can assist you.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • You may request a return or colour exchange within five days of receiving your order.
  • All carriers must be unused and returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
