1. Put on the sling and fasten the buckle securely across your chest.
2. Lift your child into the carrier, ensuring their knees are higher than their hips in the recommended M position.
3. Adjust the straps so the weight feels balanced and your movement remains easy and comfortable.
4. Attach the safety band for added security and double check that all fastenings are properly secured.

To prevent muscle strain, we suggest alternating carrying sides every 30 minutes or so during longer use.

• Washing: Spot clean or hand wash gently with mild soap. Please avoid bleach or machine washing.
• Drying: Lay flat to air dry completely before storing. Do not tumble dry.
• Ironing: Ironing is not required or recommended.

We use DHL Express to ship globally. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, not including weekends or public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges:

• International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside Indonesia. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an unboxing video so we can assist you.
• Orders Within Indonesia:
  • You have five days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • All carriers must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
