1. Secure the waist belt firmly and comfortably around your hips.
2. Put on the shoulder straps. Connect the chest/back clip depending on your chosen carry position (front or back).
3. Carefully lift your baby into the carrier, ensuring they are settled into a deep, seated 'M' position (bum lower than knees, knees spread comfortably).
4. Adjust the seat width using the side settings if needed. Tighten all straps (shoulder, chest/back) so the carrier feels snug, balanced, and secure for both you and your baby. Baby should be close enough to kiss.

Safety Note: Always ensure baby's airway is clear and unobstructed. Check that baby is positioned correctly and securely. Regularly check strap tightness and baby's position during longer wears. Discontinue use if any part becomes damaged.

We use DHL Express for reliable international shipping. Expect delivery within approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch (please note this excludes weekends, holidays, and potential customs processing time). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• International Orders (Outside Indonesia): Due to shipping costs and complexities, returns and exchanges are generally not available. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with an unboxing video so we can assist.
• Orders Within Indonesia: Return or exchange requests must be made within five days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
