1. Secure the waist belt firmly and comfortably around your hips.
2. Put on the shoulder straps. Connect the chest/back clip (included with your carrier) depending on your chosen carry position (front or back).
3. Carefully lift your baby into the carrier, ensuring they are settled into a deep, seated 'M' position (bum lower than knees, knees spread comfortably).
4. Adjust the seat width using the side settings if needed. Tighten all straps (shoulder, chest/back) so the carrier feels snug, balanced, and secure for both you and your baby. Baby should be close enough to kiss.
5. Attach the detachable hood (included) to the designated points on the shoulder straps if needed for sun protection or to help baby sleep.

Safety Note: Always ensure baby's airway is clear and unobstructed. Check that baby is positioned correctly and securely. Regularly check strap tightness and baby's position during longer wears. Discontinue use if any part becomes damaged.

• Washing: Hand wash is recommended with mild soap to best preserve the carrier's structure, print, and stitching. Avoid soaking or using bleach. This also applies to the detachable hood. Our Oeko-Tex certified cotton is best cared for gently.
• Drying: Air dry flat completely before storing. Avoid direct sunlight to protect the natural cotton colour and print. Do not tumble dry.
• Ironing: If needed, use low heat with a protective cloth between the iron and the carrier fabric. Avoid ironing straps, buckles, and printed areas if possible, or iron print on reverse.

Global Shipping

We use DHL Express for reliable international shipping. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days from ship date for non-remote addresses. Addresses which are located remotely can take longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships (please note this excludes weekends, holidays, and potential customs processing time at the destination).

Returns & Exchanges

• International Orders (Outside Indonesia): Due to shipping costs and complexities, returns and exchanges are generally not available. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with an unboxing video so we can assist.
• Orders Within Indonesia: Return or exchange requests must be made within five days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, including all accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
