2. Gently place your toddler in the carrier. Make sure their knees are higher than their hips for proper ergonomic support.

4. Always attach the safety band. Check buckles and straps during use to keep everything safely in place.

• International Orders: Returns or exchanges are not accepted outside of Indonesia. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a video of the unboxing and we’ll do our best to help.
• Orders within Indonesia:
  • Please try on your carrier when it arrives and contact us within 5 days if you'd like to return or exchange it for another colour.
